Media Buyer / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

Soft Line Agency is seeking an experienced Media Buyer / Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on improving campaign performance, maximizing ROI, and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize budgets to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
• Build, test, and refine audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies.
• Track performance and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high‑performing advertisements.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Experience managing UAE advertising campaigns is preferred.
• Agency experience is an advantage.
• Must provide examples of previous campaigns and measurable results.
• Performance‑focused approach to paid advertising.
• Knowledge of campaign analytics, performance optimization, and digital marketing metrics.
