About the role
A reputable medical centre in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join its front‑desk team immediately. The role combines patient interaction, administrative support, and sales promotion within a professional healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with a courteous, professional demeanor.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including appointment scheduling and handling patient enquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Support sales activities and promote clinic services when required.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Strong sales experience, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology clinics.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to start immediately and work five days a week.
