About the role

A leading medical centre in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join its front‑desk team immediately. The role involves providing professional patient service, handling appointments and supporting sales activities within an aesthetics/dermatology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a courteous and professional approach.
• Manage front‑desk operations, schedule appointments and respond to patient enquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support sales initiatives and promote clinic services when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology clinics.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work five days per week.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical reception and front‑desk operations.
• Sales support and ability to promote clinic services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
