Medical Receptionist - Pediatric Dental Clinic

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phone calls and schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and coordinate with dental and clinical staff
• Handle basic administrative duties such as patient forms, payment processing and service inquiries

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Previous experience in a pediatric, dental or healthcare environment is an advantage
• Ability to work full time on site in Dubai; fluency in English required, other languages such as Arabic are a plus
• Warm, professional demeanor and patience with children and families

Required skills

• Appointment scheduling and patient booking management
• Phone etiquette and handling inquiries, follow-ups and reminders
• Patient check-in/check-out and front desk coordination
• Basic medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures
• Practice management or scheduling software and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets)
• Organization, attention to detail and confidentiality
