About the role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high‑end villa construction projects in the United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all MEP activities on luxury villa sites, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
- Oversee authority approvals and inspections to guarantee compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain adherence to MEP standards throughout the construction process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator, preferably on villa or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and MEP standards.
