About the role
We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with a strong background in villa construction projects. The role involves overseeing the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure smooth project execution across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and site teams.
- Review MEP shop drawings and resolve coordination clashes.
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
- Prepare and manage project trackers, RFIs, NCRs, inspections, and material submissions.
- Maintain project documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP coordination for villa projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with document management systems.
