Merchandising Coordinator – Temporary

About the role

The Merchandising Coordinator will support seasonal buying, product training, market analysis and administrative tasks across the UAE region. This temporary full‑time role ensures that merchandising processes align with regional and HQ objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining buying files, uploading product images and information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate product feedback and support data entry during buying campaigns.
• Create and format product training presentations and visual tools aligned with seasonal strategy.
• Track high‑demand products, market feedback and prepare concise summaries for management.
• Maintain organized file structures, shared folders and track product deliveries, codes or assortments.
• Help keep calendars, deadlines and deliverables on track.
