Mid-level Communications Specialist – Government Clients

About the role

Consulum, a leading intelligence‑led strategy and communications firm, is looking for a mid‑level communications professional to design and deliver integrated programmes for government ministries across the MENA region. You will provide strategic advice, develop campaigns and support client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement integrated communications strategies and plans for government ministries, departments and entities.
• Manage mid‑sized accounts, structuring work programmes, overseeing day‑to‑day execution and maintaining client relationships.
• Develop innovative, multi‑disciplinary campaigns that combine digital, stakeholder engagement and media relations.
• Engage with media, build relationships and secure story placements.
• Provide ad‑hoc advice on emerging issues and trends.
• Mentor and develop junior staff on assigned accounts.

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
