Mixologist

About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a luxury lifestyle destination in Dubai with a resort, residences, marina, spa and fitness centre and curated dining, is hiring a Mixologist for The Fore. The role centres on delivering high-quality drinks and a welcoming bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality drinks and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, set up the bar correctly before service and keep it clean.
• Follow local licensing laws and promote responsible alcohol service among staff and guests.
• Cash up accurately and handle transactions correctly.
• Stay up to date with local and international bar trends and new products, and know classic cocktails and innovative drinks.
• Assist the bar manager with stock management, including ordering, returns and stock takes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Mixologist in standalone or branded restaurants.
