About the role
The Mortgage Advisor role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will source eligible clients, advise them on mortgage financing options, and guide them through the application process to successful closure.
Key responsibilities
- Source and qualify potential mortgage clients.
- Advise clients on a range of mortgage financing options.
- Identify the most suitable mortgage solutions for each client.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process.
- Ensure timely closure of each mortgage case.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar mortgage advisory role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, financial regulations, and local market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
