Mortgage and Real Estate Specialist

About the role

PACT Employment is recruiting a Mortgage and Real Estate Specialist in Dubai for a team serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). The specialist ensures strict adherence to Bank policies, Central Bank regulations and risk frameworks while managing complex mortgage and real estate portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications for compliance
• Conduct thorough credit assessments
• Monitor account health
• Coordinate disbursement processes
• Manage client relationships proactively to maintain trust and satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Real Estate or a related field; 10+ years of banking/financial services experience preferred
• 5-8 years of mortgage lending experience with strong exposure to banking and real estate
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or team management experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and leading high-performing teams
• Experience in HNWI relationship management, portfolio management and business development/sales
