Mortgage Team Leader

About the role

Huspy, a real estate technology company active across several countries in the EMEA region, is looking for a Team Lead - Mortgages. The role manages and develops a team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants, drives monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets, and maintains high standards of governance, customer experience and operational efficiency. It is a hands-on leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the performance of the mortgage team, including IDPs, onboarding and ramp-up
• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide hands-on enablement across CRM, mortgage processes and industry best practices
• Manage customer experience, including escalations and complex cases
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and banking regulations
• Collaborate across functions to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Contribute to hiring, scaling and strategic growth initiatives

Required profile

• Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.)
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
• Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred)
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
