Motor Insurance Executive

About the role

PACT Employment is recruiting a Motor Insurance Executive in Dubai. The role covers the end-to-end handling of motor insurance business, from quotations and policy issuance to renewals, endorsements and claims coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance quotations, policy issuance, renewals and endorsements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain competitive quotations and negotiate terms.
• Assist clients with their motor insurance needs and provide timely support.
• Process policy renewals and follow up with clients to ensure timely renewal.
• Handle claims coordination and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable UAE insurance regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience in motor insurance or insurance broking is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related systems.
