Multi Property Engineering Coordinator

About the role

The Multi Property Engineering Coordinator at Sheraton Dubai ensures that maintenance requests are promptly addressed, coordinates major system shutdowns and improvements across properties, and maintains accurate purchase order records while upholding safety, security, and guest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices to respond to maintenance requests, place rooms out of order, and communicate status updates.
• Schedule, plan, and oversee major system shutdowns, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple hotel properties.
• Maintain a detailed purchase order log, file orders after payment, and verify that each order matches its packing slip.
• Follow all company safety, security, and environmental policies; report hazards, store flammable materials properly, and complete required safety training.
• Ensure a professional personal appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide courteous service throughout the property.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines; handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform basic data entry using computers or point‑of‑sale systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least two years of related work experience in hospitality or facilities maintenance.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
