Multi Property Engineering Coordinator

About the role

The Multi Property Engineering Coordinator supports the engineering and facilities teams across Sheraton properties in Dubai. This role ensures maintenance requests are addressed promptly, coordinates major system shutdowns, and upholds safety and service standards for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments via telecommunications devices to respond to maintenance requests and place rooms out of order when needed.
• Schedule and manage major system shutdowns, repairs, and improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Maintain and file purchase orders, ensuring they match packing slips and are processed upon payment.
• Follow all company safety, security, and environmental policies, reporting hazards, accidents, or injuries as required.
• Provide courteous guest service, welcoming guests, assisting individuals with disabilities, and addressing service needs.
• Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment, and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related engineering or facilities experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
