Multi-Property Marketing Executive

About the role

The Multi-Property Marketing Executive will support integrated marketing campaigns across rooms, food & beverage, wellness and lifestyle priorities for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The role combines digital platform maintenance, social media coordination, performance reporting and content creation to drive direct bookings and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets and approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities, including content scheduling, social media coordination and community engagement.
• Update hotel websites, landing pages, digital listings and ensure brand‑consistent messaging across all channels.
• Prepare regular performance reports tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, website traffic, direct bookings and ROI.
• Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots, as well as media and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries and ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards.
