Multi-Property Sales Manager - Government

About the role

The Multi-Property Sales Manager – Government is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities across the Sheraton portfolio in Dubai. The role ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for seamless service delivery while leading day‑to‑day sales activities focused on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build successful relationships that generate sales opportunities, collaborating with off‑property sales channels and strengthening ties with existing and new customers through calls, entertainment, FAM trips and trade shows.
• Manage sales activities, participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts and handle customer correspondence to close new business.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends, competitor strengths and economic factors to maximise revenue and achieve personal and location sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by supporting company standards, gathering guest feedback and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales goals and build long‑term customer relationships within the hospitality sector.
