Multi Property Social Media Executive

About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is looking for a Multi Property Social Media Executive to implement and manage its social media strategy and run community management across its properties. The role covers content creation, campaign coordination and performance analysis, working alongside the Social Media Manager and Content Creator.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the social media strategy and measure the success of every campaign
• Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
• Create posts and stories for Facebook and Instagram, and coordinate in-house shoots and external agencies
• Draft and prepare social media content calendars aligned with marketing calendars
• Analyse performance with tools such as Sprinklr and Meta, and monitor SEO and user engagement
• Work with in-house graphic designers and the content creator, and communicate with influencers
