Multilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

TechNest Support Center is expanding its Financial Services team in Dubai and is looking for multilingual professionals to handle customer service, telesales, and forex retention activities. The role involves interacting with clients in various languages while promoting financial products and trading services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and support.
• Promote financial products, forex trading services, and trading platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate follow‑up reports.
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive retention and sales growth.

Required profile

• Current residence in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluency in English plus one of the listed languages (e.g., Urdu, French, Bangla, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Portuguese, German).
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, telesales, sales, or client support.
• Experience in forex, trading, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with forex trading platforms.
