About the role

Join Kings Woods Real Estate as a Multilingual Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai, focusing on off‑plan property sales. You will receive a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads, premium marketing support, and access to exclusive developer projects to help you close deals and grow your earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified inbound leads into successful property sales.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver exceptional client service.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions confidently.
• Promote listings using premium marketing tools and major property portals.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven off‑plan real‑estate sales experience.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Russian, Chinese, Spanish, French, Hindi.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with self‑motivation in a fast‑paced environment.
• RERA certification is preferred.
