Multiple Beauty & Wellness Roles – Manager, Pilates Instructor, Salon & Front Desk

About the role

A leading beauty and wellness centre in Ajman is expanding its team and is looking for four full‑time professionals – a Centre Manager, a Pilates Instructor, Salon Staff and a Front‑Desk Receptionist. The successful candidates will work in a modern facility, delivering high‑quality services to a diverse clientele while upholding the centre’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manager: Oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, manage budgets, ensure service quality, and coordinate schedules.
• Pilates Instructor: Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions, design personalised programmes, monitor client progress and maintain equipment.
• Beauty Salon Staff: Provide a range of beauty treatments (hair, makeup, nails), maintain hygiene standards, recommend products and ensure client satisfaction.
• Front Desk Staff: Greet clients, manage appointments and phone enquiries, process payments, maintain client records and support smooth front‑office operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of relevant experience for each role.
• Professional Pilates certification required for the Pilates Instructor position.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities for the Manager role.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic mandatory for Front‑Desk staff.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
