About the role
The Multi‑Skilled Technician provides on‑site maintenance and repair services for guest rooms and hotel facilities, ensuring all HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Carry out surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood‑trim repairs, and landscaping tasks.
- Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and document daily activities using approved communication tools.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Some experience in general maintenance, painting, and hotel engineering preferred.
Required skills
- HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Plumbing and pneumatic/electronic controls.
- Carpentry, painting, and minor drywall repair.
- Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory.
