About the role
Join SGS as an NDT Technician to execute non‑destructive testing activities for EPC projects in the oil & gas sector, ensuring compliance with client standards and project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Perform NDT inspections (MT and UT) according to client and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and coordinate with client/project owner representatives.
Required profile
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or 10th standard in science.
- 5+ years experience in EPC projects within the oil & gas sector.
- Post‑PCN certification: minimum 5 years in MT and UT (UT‑3.1, 3.2, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 advantageous).
Required skills
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – codes 3.1, 3.2, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9
- PCN certification for MT and UT
- Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures
