Network Operations Engineer

About the role

The Network Operations Engineer will ensure stable operation of FMC‑Cloud environments across multiple vendors and domains. The role involves both on‑site and remote activities, supporting hardware testing, incident handling and coordination with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stable running operation of FMC‑Clouds and coordinate with VM owners and vendors for rectifications.
• Perform hardware on‑site and remote ATP testing for new systems and devices.
• Track and resolve network incidents, hardware faults and snags, and follow up with concerned parties.
• Prepare health checks, shift handovers, RCA reports and other technical documentation.
• Handle Remedy change records, CRs and trouble tickets for the FMC‑Cloud group.

Required profile

• Immediate availability or notice period of 15‑30 days.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in network operations or cloud environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Ajman with occasional visits to Northern Emirates and Dubai.
