New Business Sales Manager - Middle East Commodity Market Data

About the role

As our sales team and the business continue to grow, we are looking for ambitious and self‑motivated sales professionals to join our collaborative and successful team. In this role you will work autonomously and design your own success strategy with uncapped potential.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and target net‑new organisations across the Middle East, developing territory plans and building a robust pipeline.
• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking events, engaging stakeholders from operational users to C‑suite decision makers.
• Qualify opportunities, align Argus solutions to client needs, and drive deals through proposal, negotiation and contract execution while maintaining accurate CRM reporting.
• Represent Argus at industry conferences and client meetings, providing market intelligence and collaborating with marketing on lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven hunter mentality with confidence in cold outreach, prospecting and overcoming rejection.
• 2–5 years of successful new‑business or business‑development experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong territory planning, account prioritisation and pipeline‑management skills.
• Demonstrated achievement against revenue and pipeline generation targets.
• Comfortable engaging senior executives and decision‑makers within large organisations.
