Nursery Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

Jumeirah International Nurseries is looking for enthusiastic Nursery Teachers to join its network of British Early Childhood Centres across Dubai and Sharjah. The role involves delivering high‑quality early years education to children aged from 45 days up to six years, fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum for infants, FS1, FS2 and Year 1 groups.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports each child’s development.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating with parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and centre managers to uphold the centre’s educational standards and ISO certifications.
• Participate in continuous professional development and centre activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 vocational qualification or a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Experience working with children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to the centre’s core values and a passion for early years education.

Required skills

• Knowledge of British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging learning activities.
• Effective classroom management techniques.
