Nursery Teacher – Reggio Emilia Early Years

About the role

Emerald City Nursery is looking for enthusiastic Nursery Teachers to join our boutique early‑years setting in Jumeirah, Dubai. You will work within a Reggio Emilia‑inspired environment that values investigation, playfulness and risk‑taking while maintaining peaceful observation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily activities aligned with the British EYFS curriculum.
• Observe and document each child’s development, adapting learning experiences accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Nursery Director and Manager to uphold the centre’s ethos of a free‑range, organic childhood.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Engage with families to support continuity of learning at home.

Required profile

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Attested Early Education, Elementary or CACHE Level 3 qualification (preferably CACHE qualified through EYES).
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the centre’s mission.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Ability to observe, assess and record child development.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with children, parents and staff.
