About the role

The Nursing Supervisor will lead the nursing team in delivering safe, high‑quality patient care within a fast‑paced Dubai healthcare facility. This full‑time permanent role ensures that nursing standards are consistently met and that the department operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff across all shifts.
• Coordinate daily nursing activities, schedules, and patient assignments.
• Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Address patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare regular nursing performance reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of nursing standards and hospital procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
