Off Plan Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing team of Property Consultants at Nestseekers Real Estate Dubai. The role focuses on driving off‑plan property sales, building strong developer relationships, and delivering robust revenue results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Off Plan Property Consultants.
• Recruit, train, onboard and develop high‑performing agents.
• Set clear sales objectives and drive the team toward ambitious targets.
• Develop and implement Off Plan sales strategies and business plans.
• Coach agents through prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with leading Dubai developers and industry partners.
• Monitor pipelines, conversions, individual performance and team results.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Identify market opportunities and continuously improve team performance.
• Ensure RERA compliance and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing a real estate team in Dubai.
• Strong and demonstrable Off Plan sales experience.
• Track record of recruiting, developing and retaining agents.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s Off Plan market and developer landscape.
• Ability to create a vision, set direction and inspire a team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue and performance.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
