Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the CEO of Pearl City Construction in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and safe workplace, and acting as the primary liaison between the executive office and internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of approximately 20 staff members, providing guidance and supervision.
• Serve as the administrative link between the CEO’s office and various internal departments and external partners.
• Handle employee entry and exit procedures, visa processing, attendance tracking, leave policy enforcement, and other HR‑related tasks.
• Prepare, collate, and present reports and communications required by the CEO on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Maintain efficient office procedures and workflow, supervising support staff and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and planning abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Prior experience as an Office Manager in the UAE, preferably within construction, contracting, or architectural firms.
• Western‑educated candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
