Officer IT Help Desk & Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk & Support Officer to join our Abu Dhabi office. In this position you will provide first‑line technical assistance, ensuring incidents and service requests are logged, tracked and resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Log and track issues using ITSM tools such as ManageEngine.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
• Assist users with system access, VPN and email issues.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops and printers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Certifications in software development or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Developer, Oracle, AWS) are a plus.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ManageEngine or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user management.
