Off‑Plan Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

About the role

A1 Properties is seeking an Off‑Plan Team Leader to drive the growth of its off‑plan residential sales division in Dubai. You will manage, mentor and motivate a team of property consultants, ensuring they deliver high‑quality service and meet sales targets throughout the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team monthly and quarterly sales targets for off‑plan residential units.
• Support consultants from lead generation to reservation, SPA signing and handover.
• Monitor daily activities, pipeline performance and conversion rates across active projects.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
• Mentor, guide and motivate the team through daily briefings, strategy discussions and performance follow‑ups.
• Onboard and train new team members on project knowledge and sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors and end‑users.
• Represent A1 Properties at project launches, developer events and networking functions.
• Track market trends, new launches and buyer demand, providing feedback to marketing and business development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in off‑plan residential sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real‑estate market, developer incentives and payment plans.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving conversion rates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with developers and clients.
