Oncology Account Manager

About the role

GSK’s Gulf Oncology team is seeking an experienced Oncology Account Manager to lead sales and business activities across an assigned territory in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver patient‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence and lead forecasting in alignment with commercial and marketing teams.
• Drive end‑to‑end patient solutions, coordinate with supply‑chain and trade‑channel teams to ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular group meetings and interactions with HCPs to raise disease and product awareness.
• Manage account performance through patient recruitment, full account management and adherence to GSK’s ways of working.
• Execute marketing tasks that address market needs and boost portfolio performance.
• Establish long‑lasting relationships with scientific societies and key opinion leaders to support advocacy and patient care.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Operations to develop and implement territory plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• At least 1 year of recent oncology/hematology sales experience in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of oncology and hematology customers and accounts.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop business plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
