About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Online Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle enquiries via WhatsApp, email and phone, ensuring fast, professional support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while keeping information accurate.
• Provide clear, friendly and professional information to customers.
• Follow up on requests and outstanding responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain high standards of service across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online or chat‑based setting.
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
• Patient, friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
• Experience in construction, fit‑out, landscaping, property or related industries is a plus.
