Online Merchandising Manager

About the role

The Manager – Online Merchandising will own the onsite merchandising strategy across the App and Web platforms, driving conversion‑focused customer journeys. This role blends category performance, campaign execution and search optimisation to grow revenue and enhance the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the onsite merchandising plan across homepage, category, brand and landing pages.
• Manage product sorting, filters, recommendations, upsell and cross‑sell placements.
• Maintain a merchandising calendar aligned with trade, marketing and brand priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV and sales, and implement corrective actions for under‑performing categories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, CRM, Creative, Category, Product and Tech teams to align priorities and resolve platform issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in e‑commerce or online merchandising.
• Strong understanding of onsite trading, customer journey and conversion optimisation.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or multi‑brand retail is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and merchandising tools.
