Operation Coordinator - Upholstery Projects

About the role

Careers International is looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator with 4-5 years of experience in the upholstery or related industry. The role coordinates between clients, production teams and on-ground operations so that projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on requirements, timelines and project updates
• Manage and monitor ground operations for upholstery work and site execution
• Liaise with production teams so work meets specifications and deadlines
• Prepare and manage quotations, estimations and invoices
• Track project progress and keep proper documentation
• Ensure effective communication between operations, production and clients
• Handle scheduling, order follow-ups and delivery coordination
• Resolve operational issues and keep the workflow smooth

Required profile

• 4-5 years of experience in upholstery, furniture or interior fit-out
• Strong experience in client coordination and operations management
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Quotation preparation, cost estimation and invoicing
• Preferred: knowledge of upholstery materials and production processes
• Preferred: Excel, ERP or basic accounting tools for quotations and invoices
