Operations Associate – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven, hands‑on, entrepreneurial minded individual to join our Dubai Operations team. As an Operations Associate you will enhance our fleet, coordinate warehouse and field teams, and act as the local eyes and ears to understand rider needs. You will manage challenges from the moment a vehicle arrives in the warehouse until a customer ends their ride. This warehouse‑based position requires onsite presence during assigned business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff responsible for deploying and retrieving shared electric vehicles.
• Contribute to the growth of Lime’s daily operations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and other EU West and Middle East markets, defining and implementing new processes and best practices.
• Build a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet.
• Define and monitor KPIs measuring profitability, revenue and operational performance of the market(s).
• Develop dashboards and tools to manage Lime’s operations across different markets.
• Provide complaint management and customer incident investigation support.
• Participate in fleet and supply management and partner with Global Operations teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, city officials, employees and Lime management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growth.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally with 1 year in an operations role.
• Experience leading teams or groups is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with the Dubai region and ability to anticipate operational challenges.
• Grit and entrepreneurial spirit, able to work in an ambiguous environment.
• High‑energy decision‑maker with a data‑based, cost‑focused mindset.
• Fluent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
