Operations Coordinator – Pavilion Operations (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator / Pavilion Operations Officer to manage day‑to‑day activities at a high‑profile pavilion during a major seasonal event in Dubai. The role is contract‑based for approximately seven months, starting mid‑September 2026, and requires fluent Arabic and the ability to work weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Issue access cards and entry/exit permits for participants, employees, goods and equipment in coordination with Global Village management.
• Supervise pavilion operations daily, ensuring compliance with opening and closing schedules.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds to verify participants’ adherence to operational requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response, security, cleaning and service quality with Global Village management.
• Arrange emergency maintenance and media permits, supporting participants’ operational needs.
• Maintain administrative records, prepare daily operational status reports and financial reports, and liaise with the approved payment service provider Noqodi.
• Perform any additional operational or administrative duties required for smooth pavilion functioning.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Proven experience in operations coordination, events, exhibitions, hospitality or large‑scale venue management.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Availability to work six days a week, including weekends, with rotational day‑off as needed.
