Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Operations Executive to ensure stock accuracy, keep orders moving, and guarantee timely deliveries while continuously improving our processes each quarter.

Key responsibilities

• Own receiving, put‑away, issuing, transfers and returns; run cycle counts and stock takes; investigate and close variances; maintain accurate ERP records.
• Coordinate orders, dispatch and deliveries with sales, procurement, projects and finance; manage suppliers and logistics partners; track jobs end‑to‑end and remove blockers.
• Map workflows, eliminate delays and rework, write and maintain SOPs, and use data to measure the impact of changes.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on stock accuracy and order status; keep audit trails, approvals and HSE standards in order.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4‑6+ years of operations experience with hands‑on stock or inventory management and experience leading or mentoring others.
• Willingness to work long hours and flexible shifts when needed.
• Fluent English; Arabic and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of ERP or inventory systems.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven record of process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen exposure is a plus).
