Operations Executive – Payments & Transaction Processing (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join a leading fintech company in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting payment operations, transaction processing, reconciliations and maintaining operational controls throughout a six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate financial transactions accurately.
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve any outstanding items.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, controls and service level agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on transaction‑related issues and escalations.
• Maintain operational logs, reports and control sheets.
• Support audit requirements and compliance activities.
• Assist with process improvements, project work and system testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and management information.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, payments, fintech or financial services.
• Good understanding of payment processing and reconciliations.
• Experience with operational controls and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with Confluence.

• Competitive salary of AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month.
• Fixed‑term 6‑month contract.
