About the role
Orient Motors is hiring a full-time Operations Executive for its transportation and fleet operations. The role covers day-to-day coordination of staff transport, driver and dispatch activities, and reporting on operations performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily transportation and fleet operations
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch teams and clients
- Ensure timely staff transportation and efficient routes
- Monitor vehicle utilisation, scheduling and dispatch
- Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality
- Prepare reports on operations and performance
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staff transportation or fleet operations
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Proficiency in English and Urdu
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus; Indian nationality preferred
Required skills
- Strong coordination, dispatch and operational skills
- Transportation management systems (a plus)
