Operations Manager – Construction

About the role

We are hiring an Operations Manager – Construction for our construction company in the UAE. The role requires strong UAE experience in managing construction projects and overall company operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff, overseeing multiple sites, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction staff across multiple sites.
• Manage several construction projects simultaneously.
• Identify and resolve operational and site issues promptly.
• Control project costs and monitor budgets.
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on all sites.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within the agreed budget.

Required profile

• Proven UAE construction management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing procurement.
• Ability to plan, budget, and control costs effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
