Operations Manager (Oil & Gas Construction) - Dubai

About the role

A Tier 1 EPC contractor is looking for an Operations Manager for its Energy and Oil & Gas division, based at its Dubai headquarters with regular travel to projects. The role is senior, equivalent to Construction Director, and leads construction across a portfolio of major oil & gas projects (mostly USD 400-500M+), for clients such as ADNOC and Aramco. It is a hands-on construction leadership role, not a commercial or contractual one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction across a portfolio of major oil & gas projects
• Work closely with the Project Directors and support the division's leadership
• Drive construction resources and manpower
• Define methodologies, execution planning and coordination across projects

Required profile

• Senior oil & gas construction leadership experience with a major EPC contractor
• Experience leading construction across multiple major projects
• Strong Middle East experience, ideally with ADNOC and/or Aramco
• Comfortable with an HQ-based role and regular travel to sites
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
