About the role
Luna Bespoke is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to support the smooth running of a private estate in Dubai. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the role oversees property maintenance, coordinates contractors and works closely with household teams to maintain exceptional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance technicians, ensuring quality, timely delivery and budget control.
- Coordinate inventories, deliveries and operational records.
- Support animal care, including dog walking, grooming and veterinary appointments.
- Maintain health and safety standards while respecting the household's privacy.
Required profile
- At least five years' experience in a UHNW household, five-star hotel or similar environment.
- Technical background.
- Good written and spoken English and Russian.
- Absolute discretion, professional presentation and flexibility.
