Operations Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role requires a results‑driven professional who can oversee multiple construction sites, ensure operational excellence, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple roads and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate site teams, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, budgets, and deadlines.
• Develop and implement resource planning strategies to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure projects comply with company standards and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the roads, infrastructure or road‑contracting sector.
• Previous experience with a similar contractor or company in the same industry.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, project execution, and resource planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, site teams, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Jordanian or Lebanese nationality is preferred.
