Operations Manager – Specialist Flooring

About the role

Terrazzo Ltd, a specialist epoxy terrazzo flooring company in Dubai, seeks a hands‑on Operations & Business Development Manager to lead project execution, manage installation teams and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple epoxy terrazzo projects from mobilisation to handover, supervising site labour and ensuring quality standards.
• Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement of resins, aggregates and pigments, and control stock and wastage.
• Prepare execution budgets, monitor costs, report variances and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Develop new business opportunities, build relationships with contractors, developers and consultants, and support quotation preparation.
• Provide regular operational updates to management, maintain project documentation and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in epoxy terrazzo, resin flooring or specialist flooring contracting.
• Proven ability to independently manage site teams, subcontractors and multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction‑site practices and contractor coordination.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Epoxy terrazzo installation – surface preparation, mixing, application, grinding and polishing.
• Resin flooring material handling and colour matching.
• Project budgeting, cost control and procurement planning.
