Operations Manager - Warehouse

About the role

Lead warehouse operations in a high‑volume distribution centre, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy and exceptional service delivery for Ingram Micro’s UAE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse processes including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing and order fulfilment.
• Drive inventory accuracy through stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring and compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Optimise productivity via labour planning, space utilisation, workflow improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Utilise WMS, ERP and reporting tools to enhance visibility and support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams through growth and change.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma) a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using ERP platforms.
• Strong data‑analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Lean‑based operational excellence methodologies.
