About the role
Join a global technology‑focused venture capital fund as their first dedicated support team member in Dubai. You will handle a blend of investor relations and operational tasks, supporting the fund’s day‑to‑day activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with limited partners (LPs) and fund administrators on reporting and compliance.
- Manage KYC processes and other regulatory requirements.
- Support finance operations, including fund accounting and related documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fund administration, Big 4, or PE/VC back‑office roles within the MENA region.
- Demonstrated global experience, especially understanding how US GAAP applies to investment funds.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work with partners, external advisors, and regulatory bodies.
