About the role
The Operator SCE will operate and monitor process plant and facilities in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and ADNOC’s HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out operational work safely according to Standard Operating Procedures, including routine equipment checks and reporting defects.
- Adjust and monitor speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates to support shutdown and start‑up operations.
- Receive chemicals, maintain stock registers and prepare chemical batches while following HSE rules.
- Obtain work permits, supervise contractor activities and act as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer during emergencies.
Required profile
- Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate.
- Minimum 4 years of plant operations experience in a large oil and gas industrial plant.
- Ability to work in an A/C environment and occasional exposure to heat, humidity and dust during site visits.
