About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to provide application support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, focusing on Cost Management and Inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle Supply Chain modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues within SLA.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional design documents, and configure enhancements.
- Support new initiatives, process improvements, and system optimization, including impact analysis for quarterly releases.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for product issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and integration with HCM, PPM, Finance.
- Experience in production support, issue resolution, and enhancement implementation.
